Placing an Order
By submitting an order, you affirm and warrant that:

- You are legally authorized to utilize the payment instrument provided for the transaction.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Frisett reserves the exclusive right to
refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations
involving suspected fraudulent activity, inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing, or
breaches of these Terms.
Confirmation
Upon the successful placement of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your transaction. Please note, however, that this confirmation does not constitute formal acceptance of your order. A binding contract of sale is effectuated only upon dispatch of the ordered product(s).
Pricing and Payment
Prices
All prices displayed on our platforms are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless explicitly stated otherwise. International orders may incur additional import taxes or duties, which shall be your sole responsibility. While Frisett endeavors to ensure the accuracy of all pricing information, we reserve the right to rectify errors or omissions.
Payment Methods
AFrisett graciously accepts a diverse range of secure payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, and authenticated payment gateways. Payment must be rendered in full prior to the commencement of order processing.
In the event of declined payments or instances of payment fraud, Frisett reserves the right to cancel the corresponding order and recover any associated losses.
Delivery and Ownership
Shipping
We are committed to delivering your orders with precision and care, adhering to the delivery timelines specified at checkout. Shipping fees, methods, and estimated delivery dates are explicitly delineated during the checkout process and may vary according to geographic location.
Please note that delivery dates are approximate and subject to unforeseen delays. Frisett disclaims liability for delays attributable to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as customs processing or logistical disruptions.
Transfer of Ownership
The ownership of and risk associated with the product(s) transfer to you upon their delivery to the specified shipping address. We encourage you to inspect your order promptly upon receipt and notify us immediately of any discrepancies or damage.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility
At Frisett, we are committed to delivering an exceptional experience. Should you wish to return or exchange a product, you may do so within 7 days of delivery, provided the product meets the following conditions:
- It remains in its original, unused, and pristine condition.
- It is accompanied by its original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase.
Exclusions
Customized or bespoke items, as well as products marked as “final sale,” are ineligible for returns or exchanges unless they are demonstrably defective.
Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our client services team at care@frisett.com. Upon approval, detailed return instructions will be provided. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 14 Business Days of receipt of the returned item.
Product Authenticity and Warranty
Frisett guarantees the authenticity and exemplary craftsmanship of all its products. Each item undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure adherence to the highest standards of excellence.
Should you encounter a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will endeavor to resolve the matter through repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permissible by law, Frisett’s liability for any claim arising under these Terms is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question. Under no circumstances shall Frisett be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or opportunities.
Intellectual Property
All content featured on our digital platforms, including but not limited to logos, designs, imagery, text, and graphics, constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of Frisett and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, disseminate, or otherwise utilize any content without prior written authorization from Frisett.
Force Majeure
Frisett shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural calamities, governmental regulations, labor strikes, or disruptions in transportation or communication networks.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation. Should a resolution prove unattainable, disputes may be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Frisett reserves the right to amend these Terms periodically to reflect operational changes, evolving legal requirements, or other pertinent factors. Updated Terms will be prominently displayed on our website, and the revised “Effective Date” will be clearly indicated. Continued engagement with Frisett constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
