Frisett offers complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders above a specified purchase threshold.
- Standard Shipping Fees: Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping charge,
which will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. - Expedited Shipping (Where Available): For an additional fee, customers may opt for priority delivery services to receive their orders faster.
SECURE & SIGNATURE-REQUIRED DELIVERY
- To maintain the integrity of your luxury purchase, all domestic deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our logistics partner will make further attempts or provide options for rescheduling.
- Frisett does not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases, as we strive to uphold the highest standards of delivery excellence.
- In the event of an unsuccessful delivery after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to Frisett, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
DOMESTIC REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Frisett, every creation embodies timeless elegance and masterful craftsmanship. However, should you need to request a return or exchange, we have designed a seamless, transparent, and customer-centric process to ensure your satisfaction.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To maintain our commitment to excellence, all returned or exchanged items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in pristine condition, with all original packaging, tags, and authenticity certificates intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Personalized, made-to-order, and bespoke items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
DOMESTIC RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

- Approval & Shipping Instructions: Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label (where applicable) along with detailed return instructions.
- Secure Packaging: Ensure the item is returned in its original Frisett packaging to maintain its pristine condition.
- Inspection & Processing: Our Quality Control Team will conduct a thorough inspection once received. If the item meets our return standards, your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly
REFUND POLICY
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
- Refunds will be processed in the original currency of purchase, and Frisett is not responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates at the time of refund issuance.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our Customer Concierge Team at care@frisett.com.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, and if the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a full refund or store credit.
- Exchanges will be processed after the original item has been received and inspected.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
At Frisett, our products undergo meticulous quality checks before dispatch. However, if you
receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will ensure a swift resolution:
- Notify us immediately upon receipt at care@frisett.com. certificates intact.
- Provide detailed images of the item and its packaging for our team to assess the issue.
- Upon confirmation, we will arrange for a replacement, full refund, or suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.
NON-RETURNABLE & FINAL SALE ITEMS
To uphold our luxury standards, the following items are non-returnable and nonexchangeable:
- Personalized, custom-made, and bespoke items.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Products marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Concierge Team immediately.
- For pre-ordered or bespoke items, cancellations are not permitted due to the specialized nature of production.
