- Standard International Shipping Fees: Orders below the complimentary shipping threshold will incur a calculated shipping fee, displayed at checkout.
SECURE DELIVERY & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
- For added security, all international deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure the safe handling of your order
- Frisett does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or military bases, as we are committed to maintaining an exceptional delivery standard.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to Frisett, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Frisett, every piece is an exquisite work of craftsmanship. However, should you require a return or exchange, our process is seamless, sophisticated, and tailored to your convenience.
ElLIGIBILITY FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in pristine condition, with all original packaging, tags, and authenticity certificates intact.
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Personalized, made-to-order, and bespoke items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

- Approval & Return Instructions: Upon approval, you will receive detailed return shipping instructions along with a prepaid return label where applicable.
- Secure Packaging: Kindly ensure that all items are repackaged securely in their original Frisett packaging to preserve their pristine condition.
- Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our Quality Control Team will conduct a meticulous inspection. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.
INTERNATIONAL REFUND POLICY
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
- Refunds will be processed in the original currency of purchase. Any fluctuations in exchange rates at the time of refund issuance are beyond Frisett’s control.
