FRISETT SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
At Frisett, we strive to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Below are our detailed shipping policies for domestic (within India) and international customers.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)
SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹1499
- For orders below ₹1499, a flat shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied during checkout.
- Customers opting for prepaid payment methods are eligible for an exclusive 5% discount on their total order value.
This initiative is part of our effort to promote hassle-free, secure, and sustainable order processing.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
- You will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email and/or SMS.
- Please ensure your contact information is accurate for a smooth delivery experience.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on:
- Shipping location (e.g., rural or remote areas)
- Regional holidays or strikes
- Extreme weather conditions or unforeseen logistics issues
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before placing the order. Frisett will not be liable for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- In cases of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, additional charges may apply for re-shipment.
- If the product delivered is expired or a wrong item has been received, customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photo proof for further resolution.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable in the event of cancellations or returns unless the order was delivered in a damaged condition.
- If an order is refused at the time of delivery without valid reason, a penalty charge of ₹300 will be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
SHIPPING CHARGES
- We offer free international shipping on all orders above $150 USD.
- For orders below $150 USD, a flat shipping charge of $50 USD is applicable at checkout.
- Customers opting for prepaid payment methods are eligible for an exclusive 5% discount on their total order value.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- International orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent via email or SMS once dispatched.
- Please ensure your email and phone number are entered accurately to receive tracking updates. charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Delivery may take between 7–14 business days, depending on your country, shipping method, and customs clearance procedures.
- Factors such as local courier delays, public holidays, and weather conditions may also affect delivery timelines.
Custom Duties, Import Taxes & Other Charges
- International orders in some countries, if applicable, may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees, depending on the laws of the destination country.
- These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
- Frisett does not cover or reimburse any such charges.
Important Information
- Frisett is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, logistics partners, or international transit issues.
- If a customer refuses to accept the order at delivery, only 50% of the total order value will be refunded in store credit. The remaining 50% will be forfeited to cover handling, logistics, and administrative charges.
- Shipping fees and duties (if paid) are non-refundable, even in the event of refused delivery or returned shipments due to non-payment of customs charges.
- In the rare case that an expired or incorrect product is delivered, customers must raise a request within 3 days of delivery and share an unboxing video and photo evidence for inspection and approval.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our Customer Concierge Team at care@frisett.com.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, and if the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a full refund or store credit.
- Exchanges will be processed after the original item has been received and inspected.
