At Frisett, we are committed to delivering quality products with utmost care. While we do not accept general returns or exchanges, we understand that exceptional cases such as damaged or defective items may arise. Please review our detailed return and exchange policies for Domestic (India) and International orders below.
DOMESTIC RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY (INDIA)
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
ALL ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE UNLESS:
- The product is received in a damaged condition.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- The product is expired upon delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, the customer must:
- Raise a request within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Share proof of damage, expiry, or wrong item through an unboxing video and photos.
- Ensure the product is unused, and in its original packaging, with tags and invoice intact.
Mandatory Requirements for Damage Claims
- A clear unedited unboxing video is compulsory from start to finish. The package must be opened on video without any pauses, cuts, or edits.
- The product must be shown clearly in the video, including the shipping label for verification.
- Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Inspection & Approval Process
- Once we receive your request, our quality assurance team will:
- Review the unboxing video.
- Conduct a detailed inspection of the issue reported.
- Frisett reserves the full right to approve or reject the claim based on the evaluation. Decisions will be final and binding.
Refund Options (If Approved)
If your return or exchange is approved:
You can opt for:
- Refund to your original payment method
- Store credit, valid for future purchases on our website.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued only via bank transfer. Customers must provide complete bank details for processing.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order before dispatch.
- Once an order is dispatched, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
Refusal of Delivery
- If an order is refused at the time of delivery without valid cause:
- A penalty charge of ₹300 will be deducted from any eligible refund/store credit.
- Habitual refusals may lead to blacklisting of the customer from future orders.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Returns and exchanges are permitted only if the item is received in a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect condition, identical to the domestic policy.
Customers must:
- Raise a return/exchange request within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide a clear unboxing video and photographic proof of damage.
- Ensure the product remains unused and in its original packaging.
Inspection & Approval Process
- Our team will conduct a full review of the provided video and images.
- Frisett reserves the right to approve or reject the claim based on quality checks and evidence provided.
- Decisions made by the quality team are final and non-negotiable.
Refund Options (If Approved)
If your return is approved, we offer two options:
- Store credit
- Refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days but may take up to 14 working days to reflect depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Since Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders, no bank details are required.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your international order before dispatch only.
- Cancellations made after the order is shipped will not be accepted.
- Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery for any reason whatsoever.
- Only 50% of the order value will be refunded in the form of store credit.
- The remaining 50% will be forfeited to cover international handling, logistics, and administration charges.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Customers are responsible for any custom duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country’s government.
- These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
- Frisett does not refund such charges under any circumstance.
- Any delays due to customs clearance or courier partners are outside of our control, and Frisett will not be liable for the same.
Final Notes
- To maintain fairness and protect the integrity of our brand, no exceptions will be made outside these policies.
- Customers who fail to comply with the above return procedures or abuse the return system may be denied service in future.
